RULES AND REGULATIONS

Attendance:

1. All the students irrespective of courses are instructed to have minimum 75% of attendance throughout the year. In case of unavoidable circumstances, students should discuss the problem with the concerned Head of The Departments.
2. Students remaining absent for more than 21 working days without prior notice in writing will be declared drop-outs and their name will be struck from the rolls. In such an event, no claim for refund of fees will be entertained. However, if after that such a student seeks admission; the case may be taken for the student's re-admission with a requisite fee as fine.
3. Working Professionals are allowed to skip their lectures, only after having due permission from the Dean of Studies.

Fee Waiver:

Students belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Classes /Defence / Girls, on production of photocopy of certificates of caste, duly attested by a competent authority such as District Magistrate / Tahasildar, etc. will be eligible for availment of 5% waiver on last installment of the course fee payable to VIMT.
